Cheese Ball Curry
Ingredients :
For Cheese Ball -
- Grated Cheese - 200 Gms
- Wheat Flour - 2-3 TSP
- Salt - 1 Pinch
For Gravy -
- Onion - 1 Nos
- Tomato -1 Nos
- Ginger - 1 Nos (1 Inch)
- Garlic - 6-7 Flakes
- Cashew - 7-8 Nos
- Turmeric Powder - 1 TSP
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 TSP / As per your taste
- Corriander Powder - 1/2 TSP
- Cummin Powder - 1/2 TSP
- Garam Masala - 1 TSP
- Oil - For Deep Fry
- Salt - As per your taste
- Curd - 1 TSP
- Corriander leaves
Preparation Method :
- In a bowl add all the Grated Cheese, Wheat flour and salt. Mix it well.
- Make small balls out of it.
- Deep Fry all the cheese balls and keep aside.
- Make a fine paste of onion, ginger, garlic, tomato and cashew.
- Heat 4-5 TSP of oil in a kadhai and add garam masala and paste (prepared above). Cook it for 1 minute.
- Add all the powder masala (Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Corriander Powder, Cummin Powder, Curd and Salt) and stirr it continuously untill the oil separates from masala.
- Add 2 Cups of water to it. When it starts boiling, add all the cheese balls to it. Cook it over medium flame for 2-3 mins (or as per your choice for thick gravy).
- Remove it from flame and garnish it with chopped coriander.
Your Cheese Ball Curry is ready to eat. Enjoy !
