Chilli Mushroom
Ingredients :
- Mushroom - 250 Gms
- Onion - 2 Nos
- Capsicum - 2 Nos
- Garlic - 6-7 Flakes
- Green Chilli - 2 Nos
- Tomato - 1 Nos
- Corn Flour - 2-3 TSP
- Tomato Ketchup - 2-3 TSP
- Soya Sauce - 1 TSP
- Chilli Sauce - As per your taste
- Vinegar -1 TSP
- Azino Motto - 1 pinch
- Garam Masala - 1/2 TSP
- Salt - As per taste
- Oil - for Deep Fry
- Food Colour - RED (1/2 TSP) (Optional)
- Chopped Corriander (Optional)
- Chopped Spring Onion (Optional)
Preparation Method :
- Cut each of the mushrooms into 4 pcs.
- Cut Onion, capsicum and Tomato into square size.
- Chop garlic and green chilli.
- Take a Bowl and put all mushrooms, corn flour, food colour and salt in it. Mix it well.
- After it is mixed well, deep fry it in oil and keep aside.
- Heat 2-3 TSP oil in a pan. Add Chopped garlic,green chilli, onion, capsicum, tomato and cook it for 1 minute over high flame.
- Then add fried mushroom, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, azino mottto, salt and garam masala. Mix it well and cook it for 1 minute.
- Remove it from flame.
- Garnish it with chopped corriander and spring onion.
- Your Chilli Mushroom is ready to eat.
- Serve it hot with Roti / Naan.
